In bowl,add all-purpose flour,caster sugar,salt,baking powder and mix well.
Add oil and mix.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Add oil and knead dough again.
Take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and rolled out with the help of rolling pin.
Prick with fork (makes 6-8).
In frying pan,add heat cooking oil and fry dough from both sides until golden brown.
Bowl mein maida,bareek cheeni,namak aur baking powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Oil dal ker mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya rakh dein.
Oil dal ker dubara ghond lein.
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Fork ki madad sa prick ker lein (makes 6-8).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur dough ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
