In bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and beat for 2-3 minutes.

Insert a tooth pick/stick in baked brownie,if it comes clean,brownie is ready.
Let it cool down and cut into desired pieces.
In saucepan,add cooking chocolate,milk and cream,whisk well until smooth and cook until well combined.

Sizzling pan ko 3-4 minutes kliya garam karein.
Hot sizzling pan mein brownie rakh ker ice cream scoop rakh dein aur tayyar chocolate syrup dal ker serve karein.
