In chopper,add onion,red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper,garlic and parsley,chop coarsely & set aside.
In bowl,add beef mince,grinded mixture,salt,black pepper powder,red chili crushed and garam masala powder,mix until well combined & marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan,add oil and spread it.
Now add marinated beef and spread evenly,cook on medium low flame for 5 minutes then cut with the help of the cutter.
Turn carefully and cook on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 5 minutes) & take out in a serving plate.
In the same frying pan,add tomato slices and cook from both sides & set aside.
Add green chilies and cook from both sides & set aside.
Serve Turkish kabab with rice,tomato & green chilies.

Ab marinated beef dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki darmiyani ancch per 5 minutes kliya paka lein phir cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
Carefully turn karein aur dono sides sa halki ancch per pak janay tak paka lein (approx. 5 minutes) & serving plate mein nikal lein.
Us he frying pan mein tamatar dal ker dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Hari mirch dal dein aur dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Turkish kabab ko chawal,tamatar aur hari mirch ka saath serve karein.
