Gur ka Sharbat

Ingredients:

  • Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
  • Tukhmalanga (Basil seeds) 3-4 tbs
  • Gur (Jaggery) crushed 250 gms
  • Pani (Water) 1 litre
  • Tukhmalanga (Basil seeds) soaked 4 tbs
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

In water,add basil seeds,mix & soak for 10-15 minutes and set aside.

In jug,add jaggery and water,mix well and let it sit until jaggery dissolved.

Add soaked basil seeds,lemon juice and mix well.

In serving glass,add ice cubes and gur ka sharbat & serve.
