Ingredients:
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) soaked 10
- Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 10
- Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
- Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium & Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves (boiled for 2-3 minutes)
- Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
- Laung (Cloves) 4
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3
- Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup (room temperature)
- Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Adark (Ginger) julienne
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
- Cream
- Adark (Ginger) julienne
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
Directions:
In spice mixer,add cashew nuts,almonds and water,blend well & set aside.
In blender jar,add boiled onion and garlic,water and blend well & set aside.
In wok,add butter and let it melt,add cinnamon stick,cloves,green cardamom,bay leaves and mix well.
Add green chilies and mix well.
Add grinded onion mixture,mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cashew+almond paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cook for 2-3 minutes and take out in a bowl.
In yogurt,add gram flour,black pepper powder,salt,white pepper powder and whisk well.
In the same pot,add oil,chicken and mix well until changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste,mix well and fry until light golden.
Add green chilies and mix well.
Now add spiced yogurt and mix well for 2 minutes.
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Remove bay leaves from onion mixture,add it in pot and mix well.
Add water,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add ginger and fresh coriander.
Garnish with cream,ginger,fresh coriander & serve.

Blender jar mein boiled pyaz,lehsan aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein makhan dal ker melt karein,darchini,laung,hari elaichi aur tez paat dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Grinded pyaz mixture ko dal ker ache tarhan karein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Kaju+badam paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Dahi mein baisan,kali mirch powder,namak aur safed mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Us he pot mein oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Hari mirch dal ker mix karein.
Ab spiced dahi dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Pyaz mixture mein sa tez paat nikal lein aur pot mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania aur adrak dal dein.
Cream,adrak aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
