In bowl,add cottage cheese and crumble it with the help of the hand.
Add potatoes,carrot,corn kernels,green onion,cumin seeds,fresh coriander,salt,black pepper powder, red chili powder and mix well until well combined.

Anday mein namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mixture ko lein aur 12-15 croquettes tayyar ker lein (50 grams each).
Ab croquettes ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
Karhai mein oil garam karein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
