Homemade mouth watering Chicken Chapli Burger. This one is a must try Fusion. #HappyCookingToYou
Ingredients:
Chicken Chapli Kabab:
-Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) ½ kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) crushed 2 tbs
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Anday (Eggs) boiled & chopped 2
-Makai ka atta (Maize flour) ¼ Cup
-Oil for frying
Green Chutney:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¼ Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) ¼ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Burger buns
-Green chutney
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Chicken chapli kabab
-Tamatar (Tomato) slice
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Green chutney
Directions:
For Chicken Chapli Kabab:
-In bowl,add chicken mince,ginger garlic paste,dried pomegranate,coriander seeds,red chili powder, cumin seeds,salt,green chili,garam masala powder,red chili crushed,tomatoes,onion,eggs and maize flour,mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Take a mixture and make kababs of equal size 150 gms each (makes 5-6).
-In frying pan,add oil and fry chicken chapli kabab from both sides until done.
For Green Chutney:
-In blender jar,add yogurt,mayonnaise,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chilies,garlic,salt,cumin seeds and blend until well combined.
Assembling:
-On burger bun,add & spread green chutney,add onion rings,chicken chapli kabab,tomato slice,onion rings,green chutney and top with another bun & serve.
