Ingredients:
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder ½ tbs
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Oil 1-2 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 2 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
- Boiling water (Pani) as required
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
- Oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
- Hot sauce 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs
- Chicken stock 1 Cup or as required
- Corn flour 1 tbs
Directions:
In bowl,add soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper powder,salt,paprika powder,sugar,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add chicken boneless cubes,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In pot,add oil,marinated chicken and mix well.
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes then cook on high flame until dry.
Add capsicum,tomato,onion and mix well for 1-2 minutes and take out in a bowl & set aside.
Cut tomatoes slightly with the help of the knife.
In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 2 minutes and take out in a bowl.
Peel off the skin and cut roughly & let them cool.
In grinder,add tomatoes,grind well & set aside.
In the same pot,add oil,garlic and mix well.
Add grinded tomatoes,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,sugar,white pepper powder,salt, black pepper powder,red chili crushed and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
In chicken stock,add corn flour and whisk well.
Add it in pot,mix continuously and cook until desired consistency.
Add cooked chicken & vegetables,mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with rice.

Chicken boneless cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Pot mein oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per dry ho janay tak paka lein.
Shimla mirch,tamatar aur pyaz dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein aur bowl mein nikal ker side per rakh dein.
Tamatar mein knife ki madad sa slightly cut laga lein.
Ubaltay hoye pani mein tamatar dal ker 2 minutes kliya blanch karein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Skin ko nikal ker roughly chop ker lein & thanda ker lein.
Grinder mein tamatar dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he pot mein oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Grinded tamatar,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soy sauce,sirka,cheeni,safed mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein
Chicken stock mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Pot mein dal dein aur musalsal mix kertay rahien aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein.
Cooked chicken & vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya simmer ker lein.
