In bowl,add soy sauce,ginger powder and chicken bonless cubes,mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
In small bowl,add chicken stock,salt,soy sauce,black pepper crushed and corn flour,mix well and set aside.
In wok,add oil and almonds,fry until dark brown (4-5 minutes) then set aside.
Remove excess oil,add carrots and fry for 2 minutes.

Add fried carrot and mushrooms,green onion leaves and fried almonds,mix well.
If required,add water,mix well and cook until desired consistency

Excess oil nikla lein aur gajar dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
Mushrooms dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karhai mein lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker translucent honay tak fry ker lein.
Add marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.
Tayyar chicken stock mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Fried gajar aur mushrooms,hara pyaz aur fried badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Agar zarorat ho tou pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur desired consistency tak paka lein.
Hara pyaz sa garnish karein aur chawal ka saath serve karein.
