In small frying pan,add ghee,almonds,cashew nuts,pistachio and raisins,mix well and fry until light golden & set aside.
Wash and peel bottle gourd.
Cut into two halves,remove seeds and grate it with the help of the grater.
In wok,add grated bottle gourd,cook for 2 minutes and mix well.
Add milk and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until milk dries and keep stirring in between.
Add ghee and mix well.
Add sugar,mix well and cook on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes and keep stirring in between.
Add fried nuts,mix well and cook until ghee separates and keep stirring in between.
Add khoa and mix until combined.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with khao,dry nuts & serve.

Lauki ko dho ker cheel lein.
Beech mein sa cut karein aur seeds ko nikal lein,grater ki madad sa grate ker lein.
Karhai mein grated lauki dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 6-8 minutes kliya halki ancch per paka lein phir tez ancch per doodh sukh hunay tak paka lein aur beech beech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheeni shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka halki darmiyani ancch pe 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur beech beech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Fried nuts dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghee alag hunay taka paka lein aur beech beech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Khoa dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Khao aur dry nuts dal ker serve karein.
