In beef mince,add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste and mix well & marinate for 2 hour in refrigerator.
In blender,add fried onion,curd and blend well & set aside.
In frying pan,add chickpeas,almonds,cinnamon stick,green cardamom,black pepper corns,cloves, nutmeg,mace and mix.
Add black cumin seeds and cumin seeds,mix well and roast until fragrant.
In spice mill,add roasted spices and blend to make a fine powder & set aside.
In chopper,add marinated beef,onion & yogurt mixture,ground spices and chop until well combined & give it a charcoal smoke for 3 minutes.
Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make a kebabs/patties of equal sizes.
In frying pan,heat oil and fry kebabs on low flame from both sides until golden brown.
Beef qeema mein namak,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,adrak lehsan paste aur kacha papita dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur refrigerator mein 2 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
Blender mein fried pyaz aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein chanay,badam,darchini,hari elaichi,sabut kali mirch,laung,jaifil aur javatri dal ker mix karein.
Kala zeera aur zeera dal ker mix ache tarhan mix karein aur khusbu anay tak roast ker lein.
Spice mill mein roasted spices dal ker ache tarhan blend karein aur powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chopper mein marinated beef,dahi & pyaz ka mixture,ground spices dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein aur 3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ka ek jaisay size ka kebabs/patties tayyar ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur kebabs ko halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown fry ker lein.
