In bowl,add potatoes,green chilies,peas,green coriander,coriander seeds,salt,turmeric powder,ginger mix & mash well and set aside.
In belneder,add spinach,yogurt,water and blend well,set aside.
In bowl,add wheat flour,ghee,salt,blended green mixture and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead well to form a smooth dough & let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grease hands with ghee and knead dough again,take a small dough and make a ball,coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Spread ghee,cut dough from center and roll out one edge,twist and again make a dough.
Coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
In the center of the dough,add potato filling,fold all sides and seal it.
Press the dough,sprinkle wheat flour and again roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Heat griddle and fry paratha from both sides with ghee.

Bowl mein atta,ghee,namak aur blended green mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thoar ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein & 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Haathon ko ghee sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein aur chota ball bana lein,dry atta mein coat karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Ghee dal ker pheela lein aur dough ko center sa cut ker lein aur ek edge ko roll ker lein,twist karein aur dubara dough bana lein.
Dry atta mein coat ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Dough ka center mein potato filling dal dein aur sari sides ko fold ker ka seal ker lein.
Dough ko press karein,atta chirak dein aur dubara dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa ghee mein fry ker lein.
