Ingredients:
-Kairi (Raw mango) washed 650g
-Podina (Mint leaves) 30g
-Water 1 Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp
-Chaat masala 2 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Green food color ⅛ tsp
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tsp
-Caster sugar or desiccated Coconut
Direction:
-Wash & peel raw mango & cut into small chunks.
-In a blending jug, raw mango chunks, mint leaves, blend well, until smooth puree forms.
-In a wok, add blended raw mango mixture, sugar, cumin, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, pink salt, red chilli powder, green food colour, mix well.
-Turn on flame, cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes or until thickens.
-Add clarified butter, mix well, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Transfer it to a flat bowl & let it cool down completely.
-Add candy mixture in a disposable wooden spoon (Makes 48-50 candies)
-Wrap in a plastic wrapper & serve!

-Kachay aam ko dho kar chheel len aur chhote chunks mein kaat len.
-Blending jug mein raw mango chunks aur podine ke patte dalein aur achi tarah blend karen jab tak smooth puree ban jaye.
-Ek wok mein blended raw mango mixture, cheeni, zeera, kala namak, chaat masala, kali mirch, pink salt, lal mirch powder aur green food colour dalein.
-Achi tarah mix karen.
-Aanch on karen aur medium aanch par 10-12 minutes pakaen ya jab tak mixture thick ho jaye.
-Ghee dalein, mix karen aur medium aanch par 2-3 minutes aur pakaen.
-Mixture ko flat bowl mein transfer karen aur mukammal thanda hone den.
-Prepared candy mixture ko disposable wooden spoons mein bhar den.
