Ingredients:
Prepare Falky Ouzi Pocket:
-Olive oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
-Matar (Peas) ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) small diced ¼ Cup
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) a pinch
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Five spice powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Chawal (Rice) soaked 1 & ½ Cups
-Roll sheets as required
-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 2
-Til (Sesame seeds) black as required
-Badam (Almonds) peeled & sliced as required
Prepare Roasted Bell Pepper Salad:
-Red bell pepper 2 medium
-Fresh parsley 1 tbs
-Soya (Dil) Fresh chopped 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 3 cloves
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 pinch
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 pinch
-Tabasco sauce ½ tbs
-Rice vinegar ½ tbs (substitute: Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice)
-Olive oil (extra virgin) 3-4 tbs
Direction:
Prepare Falky Ouzi Pocket:
-In a cooking pot, add olive oil, heat it, add onion mix well, sauté until translucent.
-Add garlic, mix well, sauté until fragrant, add chicken mince, mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add peas, carrot, mix well, cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add paprika powder, chicken powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, garlic powder, red chilli crushed, five spice powder, pink salt, black pepper crushed, onion powder, cayenne pepper powder, mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Add water, mix well & bring it to boil, add rice, mix well, cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Now cover & steam cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Remove the cover, mix well & let it cool completely.
-In a greased bowl, place a roll sheet vertically, set the corners, apply egg whites to each layer with the help of a brush.
-Add cooked rice(150g), press with the help of a presser or mold.
-Now close the edges, apply egg white which helps to stick every layer of the sheets, & stuff the rice properly.
-Take out stuffed rice pockets & place in a baking tray. (Greased & lined tray)
-Now apply egg wash, sprinkle some black sesame seeds & almonds.
-Place it in a preheated oven & bake at 200 C for 18-20 minutes. (Makes: 4)
Prepare Roasted Bell Pepper Salad:
-Roast bell pepper & place on a cutting board, cover for few minutes.
-Remove bowl, peel out the skin, remove top & tip, cut in julienne
-Add fresh parsley, fresh dil, garlic, pink salt, black pepper crushed, fine sugar, tabasco sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, mix well.
-Roasted bell pepper salad is ready, set aside.
-Serve Crispy ouzi with roasted bell pepper salad & enjoy!

-Cooking pot mein olive oil dalein aur garam kar lein, phir onion dalein aur translucent hone tak sauté kar lein.
-Garlic dalein, mix karen aur khushboo aane tak sauté kar lein, phir chicken mince dalein aur medium flame par 3-4 minutes tak paka lein.
-Peas aur carrot dalein, mix karen aur 1-2 minutes tak medium flame par paka lein.
-Paprika powder, chicken powder, haldi powder, cinnamon powder, garlic powder, red chilli crushed, five spice powder, pink salt, black pepper crushed, onion powder aur cayenne pepper powder dalein, achi tarah mix karen aur 2 minutes tak medium flame par paka lein.
-Pani dalein, mix karen aur boil aane den, phir rice dalein, mix karen aur 1 minute tak medium flame par paka lein.
-Ab dhak kar low flame par 10-12 minutes tak steam cook kar lein.
-Dhakkan hata kar mix kar lein aur mukammal thanda hone den.
-Greased bowl mein roll sheet seedhi rakh kar corners set kar lein, brush ki madad se har layer par egg whites laga lein.
-150g cooked rice dalein aur presser ya mold ki madad se press kar lein.
-Ab edges band kar lein, egg white laga kar layers ko stick kar lein aur rice ko achi tarah stuff kar lein.
-Stuffed rice pockets nikaal kar greased aur lined baking tray mein rakh den.
-Upar se egg wash laga kar black sesame seeds aur almonds sprinkle kar den.
-Preheated oven mein 200°C par 18-20 minutes ke liye bake kar lein. (4 ban jate hain)
Prepare Roasted Bell Pepper Salad:
-Bell pepper ko roast kar lein aur cutting board par rakh kar kuch minutes ke liye cover kar den.
-Cover hata kar skin peel kar lein, top aur tip remove karen aur julienne cut kar lein.
-Fresh parsley, fresh dill, garlic, pink salt, black pepper crushed, fine sugar, tabasco sauce, rice vinegar aur olive oil dalein, mix kar lein.
-Roasted bell pepper salad ready hai, side par rakh den.
-Crispy ouzi pocket ko roasted bell pepper salad ke sath serve karen aur enjoy karen!
