Ingredients:
- Oil/Melted ghee ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Beef qeema (Beef Mince) 250 gm
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup
- Palak (Spinach) finely chopped 1 Cup
- Soya (Dill) 1 tbs
- Hari methi (Fresh fenugreek leaves) 2 tbs
- Hari moong daal (Green gram) ½ Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
- Chawal (Rice) basmati 1 Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
- Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
- Pani (Water) 3 Cups
- Desi ghee (melted) 1-2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) fried
- Hari mirch (Green chili)
- Adrak (Ginger) Julienne
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
- Lemon juice
Directions:
In pot,add oil/melted ghee,onion and fry until light brown.
Add beef mince,ginger garlic paste and mix well until mince changes color.
Add garam masala powder,coriander powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Add yogurt,spinach,dill,fresh fenugreek leaves,mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Add green gram,rice and mix well.
Add salt and mix well.
Add water,mix and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 30-40 minutes.
Keep mixing & mashing in between,add more water if required,cover and cook for another 10 minutes, mash and cook until desired consistency is achieved.
Garnish with desi ghee melted,fried onion,green chili,ginger,fresh coriander and lemon juice.
Serve hot.

Pot mein oil/melted ghee aur pyaz dal ker light brown fry ker lein.
Beef qeema aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker qeema ka rang tabdeel hunay taka paka lein.
Garam masala powder,dhania powder,lal mirch powder aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dahi,palak,soya aur hari meethi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hari moong daal aur chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pail dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 30-40 minutes kliya paka lein.
Bech bech mein mix & mash kertay rahen,agar zaroorat ho tou mazeed pani daldein aur mazeed 10 minutes kliya paka lein,mash ker lein aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein.
Desi ghee metled,fried pyaz,hari mirch,adrak,hara dhania aur lemon juice sa garnish karein.
Garam serve karein.
