In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder,sugar,baking soda and mix well.
Add yogurt,oil and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead well until soft dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 2-3 hours.
Knead dough again,grease hands with oil,take a dough and make a ball,sprinkle flour on working surface and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin and apply water on the surface (makes 4-5 Naans).
Heat griddle,place rolled dough and cook form both sides.
In the end,apply butter on the surface & serve.
Bowl mein maida,namak,baking powder,cheeni aur baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dahi aur oil dal ker mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein,dhak ker 2-3 hours kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein,haathon ko oil sa grease karein,dough ki ball bana lein,working surface per atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein aur surface per pani laga lein (makes 4-5 Naans).
Tawa garam karein,rolled dough ko rakh dein aur dono sides sa paka lein.
Akhir mein makhan laga ker serve karein.
