Ingredients:
Prepare Caramel Sauce (No cream):
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Water 1/3 Cup
-Olper’s Milk powder ½ Cup
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Baking soda 1 pinch
Prepare Milk Powder Cake:
-Makhan (Butter)
-Maida (All-purpose flour)
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Olper’s Milk powder ½ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Warm water ½ Cup
-Mixed nuts chopped
Directions:
Prepare Caramel Sauce (No cream):
-In a saucepan,add sugar & spread evenly & cook on low flame until sugar caramelizes & turns brown (stir saucepan gently in between).
-In a jug,add water,milk powder,cornflour,pink salt,baking soda & whisk well.
-Turn off the flame & add prepared mixture in saucepan & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool completely.
Prepare Milk Powder Cake:
-Grease 13x5” ceramic bundt baking pan with butter & dust with all-purpose flour & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & beat well until foamy.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence & beat well.
-Place a sieve,add all-purpose flour,milk powder,baking powder,pink salt,baking soda,sift together & fold well with spatula.
-Add warm water & beat well.
-Transfer cake batter to the baking pan & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 40-45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool at room temperature than remove from baking pan.
-Pour prepared caramel sauce over the cake,garnish with mixed nuts & serve!

-Jug mein pani,milk powder,corngflour,pink salt aur baking soda dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar mixture ko saucepan mein dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki achh per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Milk Powder Cake:
-13x5” ceramic bundt baking pan ko makhan sa grease ker ka maida chirak dein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday aur bareek cheeni dal dein aur foamy ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cooking oil aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bowl per sieve rakh dein,maida,milk powder,baking powder,pink salt aur baking soda dal ker ek saath sift ker lein aur spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
-Warm water dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cake batter ko baking pan mein dal ker few times tap ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 160C per 40-45 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein aur baking pan sa remove ker lein.
-Tayyar caramel sauce ko cake ka upper dal dein aur mixed nuts sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
