Ingredients:
-Chawal (Rice) tota 3 tbs (soaked 1 hour)
-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 7-8
-Olper’s Milk powder 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 750ml
-Chawal (Rice) tota ¼ Cup (soaked 1 hour)
-Water 750ml
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ½ tsp
-Water 2 tbs
-Saffron essence ½ tsp
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi ke danay (Cardamom seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Chandi ka warq (Edible silver leaves)
-Rose petals
Directions:
-In a blending jug,add rice,almonds,milk powder,water & blend well.
-In a wok,add blended mixture,rice,water,mix well & cook on low flame until kheer thickens & reduces to desired consistency (35-40 minutes),stir continuously & mash well with the help of masher.
-In a small bowl,add saffron strands,water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved saffron water,saffron essence,sugar,cardamom seeds,mix well & cook on low flame 6-8 minutes.
-Pour hot kheer in clay bowls (shakoray/thuthiyan).
-Add almonds & refrigerate for 4 hours or until set (makes 22-25).
-Garnish with edible silver leaves,rose petals & serve chilled.

-Karahi mein blended mixture,chawal aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per kheer garhi ho janay (35-40 minutes) aur desired consistency ajanay tak reduce ker lein (stir continuously) phir masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Small bowl mein zafran aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved zafra water,saffron essence,cheeni aur elaichi ka danay dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Garam kheer ko shakoray/thuthiyan mein dal dein.
-Badam dal dein aur 4 hours or set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (makes 22-25).
-Chandi warq aur rose petals sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!
