Ingredients:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 50g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 5 tbs or to taste
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Almond flour 1 Cup
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Croissants 3-4
-Badam (Almonds) flakes
-Icing sugar
Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter,caster sugar,egg,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined.
-Add almond flour,pink salt,mix well & transfer to a piping bag with a nozzle in it.
-Cut croissants from the center & place both slices on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
-Pipe out prepared mixture on base slice & place top slice on it.
-Now pipe out prepared mixture on top slice of croissants & sprinkle almonds flakes on it.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes (on both grills with fan).
-Sprinkle icing sugar & serve (makes 3-4).

-Almond flour aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur piping bag (nozzle) mein dal dein.
-Croissants ko center mein sa cut ker lein & baking tray (lined with butter paper) mein rakh dein.
-Tayyar mixture ko base slice per laga lein aur top slice rakh dein.
-Ab tayyar mixture ko croissant ka top slice per laga lein aur badam flakes chirak dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180°C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills with fan).
-Icing sugar sprinkle ker ka serve karein (makes 3-4).
