Ingredients:

Prepare Chocolate Cake:

-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)

-Olper’s Milk ¾ Cup (room temperature)

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ¼ Cups

-Cocoa powder ¾ Cup

-Baking powder ½ tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp

-Baking soda ½ tbs

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup

-Brown sugar ¾ Cup

-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)

-Cooking oil ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Hot water 1 Cup

-Instant coffee 2 tsp

Prepare Chocolate Frosting:

-Milk chocolate chopped 400g

-Makhan (Butter) 50g

-Olper’s Cream 400ml (room temperature)

-Icing sugar 4 tbs

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

-Dark chocolate semi sweetened 60g

-Olper’s Cream 100ml (room temperature)

-Dark chocolate semi sweetened grated

 

Directions:

Prepare Chocolate Cake:

-In a jug,add cream,milk & vinegar,whisk well & let it rest for 10 minutes.

-On a bowl,place a sieve,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,pink salt,baking soda & sift well.

-Add caster sugar,brown sugar & mix well.

-Add eggs,milk & cream mixture,cooking oil,vanilla essence & beat until well combined (on low speed).

-In hot water,add instant coffee & mix well.

-Now add dissolved coffee in cake batter & beat until well combined (on low speed).

-Pour cake batter in two 8” round cake pans (greased & lined with butter paper) & tap few times.

-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes or until wooden skewer comes out clean (on lower grill).

-Let them cool at room temperature.

-Make desired number of cake layers using the same method.

Prepare Chocolate Frosting:

-In a bowl,add milk chocolate,butter,cream & microwave for 3 minutes (gradually) than mix well until smooth.

-Let it cool at room temperature,cover with cling film & refrigerate until chilled (30 minutes).

-Take out from refrigerator & beat for 2 minutes.

-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat on high speed until it changes color & stiff peaks form (2 minutes) than transfer to a piping bag.

-With the help of the knife,horizontally cut two layers of cake.

-Place first layer of cake on cake stand & apply prepared chocolate frosting.

-Place another layer of cake,add & spread prepared chocolate frosting & cover the sides of the cake with frosting & refrigerate for 2 hours.

Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

-In a small bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for a minute than mix well until smooth & set aside.

-Place a slice of cake in a plate,place a cardboard around it & seal with tape.

-Pour prepared chocolate ganache & dark chocolate on the slice.

-Pull the cardboard up & serve!
