Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Tandoori masala 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken fillet 500g
-Nurpur Butter salted 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-BBQ sauce 3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Prepare Dough:
-Warm water ¾ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Nurpur Butter salted 3 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Cheese grated as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked
-Safed til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add lemon juice,tandoori masala,cooking oil & mix well.
-Add chicken fillet & coat well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes than flip & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (5-6 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,shred the chicken with the help of forks & set aside.
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add onion,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add milk,cumin seeds,pink salt,red chilli crushed,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Add shredded chicken,bbq sauce,fresh coriander,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame & give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-6 minutes.
-In a bowl,add butter & microwave for a minute & set aside.
-Add egg,1/3rd quantity of all-purpose flour,pink salt & mix well until gluten forms (2-3 minutes).
-Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,melted butter,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with butter,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead until smooth dough is formed.
-Divide the dough in two portions,take one portion & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with help of rolling pin.
-Make slits/cuts with the help of knife on both of the longer sides.
-Add prepared chicken filling & cheese in the center of dough.
-Start bringing the topmost slit ends across from each other alternately.
-Keep going,remember to alternate,left to right and right to left.
-Place the braided bread on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
-With the help of the brush,apply egg wash & sprinkle sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes (on both grills).
-After baking,apply butter,cover with kitchen cloth & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Cut in pieces & serve with tomato ketchup (makes 2 large braided breads).

-Chulha bund ker ei aur forks ki madad sa chicken ko shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz dal ker mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
-Doodh,zeera,pink salt aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Shredded chicken,bbq sauce aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5-6 minute proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein makhan dal dein aur ek minute kliya microwave ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Anda,maida ki 1/3rd quantity aur pink salt dal dein aur gluten form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Maida ki remaining quantity aur melted makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Makhan sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof ker lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan ghond lein.
-Dough ko 2 equal portions mein divide ker lein,ek portion lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ki dono sides per knife ki madad sa slits/cuts laga lein.
-Tayyar chicken filling & cheese dal dein.
-Braid ki tarhan overlap kertay hoye bread ka cuts ko alternately bund kertay jayein.
-Braided bread ko baking tray (lined with butter paper) per rakh dein.
-Brush ki madad sa braided bread per anda laga ker sfaed til chirak dein.
-Preheated oven mein 200C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Baking ka bad makhan laga lein aur kitchen cloth sa cover ker ka 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Pieces mein cut ker lein aur tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein (makes 2 large braided breads).
