Ingredients:
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 3-4
-Mozzarella cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated 2-3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Moong daal (Yellow lentil) boiled 1 Cup (You can also use leftover lentil)
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
-Water 1 Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Bread slices as required
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add capsicum,onion,green chillies,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,fresh coriander,cumin seeds,pink salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
-In a blender jug,add yellow lentil,gram flour,water & blend well.
-Take out in a bowl,add red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,pink salt,chaat masala,cooking oil,fresh coriander & whisk well.
-On a non-stick griddle,add cooking oil.
-Dip two bread slices in prepared batter & fry on medium flame until golden then flip,add & spread prepared filling on one bread slice,flip the other slice on it & fry from both sides until cheese melts.
-Cut into slices & serve with tomato ketchup (makes 3-4).

-Bowl mein shimla mirch,pyaz,hari mirchein,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,hara dhania,zeera,pink salt,kali mirch powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Blender jug mein moong daal,baisan aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein,lal mirch crushed,zeera,haldi powder,pink salt,chaat masala,cooking oil aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Non-stock tawa per cooking oil dal dein.
-Two bread slices ko tayyar batter mein dip karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein phir flip ker ka tayyar filling ko ek bread slice per dal ker pheela lein aur dosray bread slice ko flip ker lein aur dono sides sa cheese melt ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker lein aur tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein (makes 3-4).
