Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 70g
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Badam (Almonds) finely chopped 2 tbs
-Dried black current finely chopped ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter & beat well until creamy.
-Add sugar & beat well.
-Add egg,pink salt,vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
-Add almonds,dried black current,all-purpose flour,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Divide the dough into small portions,roll out each portion into thin log shape & freeze for 15-20 minutes.
-Cut small discs of each log & place them in a baking tray lined with butter paper.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 15-18 minutes.
-Take out from oven & let them cool completely.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks (shelf life).

-Badam,dried black current aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko small portions mein divide ker lein aur her portion ko thin log shape mein roll ker lein aur 15-20 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
-Log ka small discs cut ker lein aur baking tray (lined with butter paper) mein rakh dein.
-Preheated oven mein 170C per 15-18 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal lein aur thanda ker lein.
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya store ker saktay han (shelf life).
