Ingredients:
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup
-Water 4 Cups
-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Chaar maghaz (Melon seeds) 2 tbs
-Nariyal (Dried coconut) sliced 2 tbs
-Khoya
-Chaar maghaz (Melon seeds)
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add semolina,mix well & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Add water,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add sugar,orange food color,cardamom powder,mix well & cook on low flame until sugar is dissolved & ghee separates.
-Add melon seeds,dried coconut & mix well.
-Garnish with khoya,melon seeds,almonds & serve!

-Pani shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheeni,zarda ka rang aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per cheeni ghul janay aur ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chaar maghaz aur nariyal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Khoya,chaar maghaz aur badam sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
