Ingredients:
Prepare No Bake Pie Crust:
-Nurpur Butter salted 100g
-Digestive biscuits 200g
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ¼ Cup
Prepare Mango Cream:
-Aam (Mango) cubes 1 & ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Condensed milk ¾ Cup
-Hot water 3-4 tbs
-Gelatin powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Yellow food color few drops or as required
-Whipping cream chilled 200g
-Lemon zest 1 tsp
-Mango slices
-Fresh flowers
-Mint leaves
-Red raspberry
Directions:
Prepare No Bake Pie Crust:
-In a bowl,add butter & microwave for 1 minute & set aside.
-In a chopper,add digestive biscuits & crush biscuits in processor.
-Add melted butter & process until well combined.
-Add desiccated coconut & chop again.
-Transfer the mixture to a round pie pan (loose bottom) & press firmly to set an even layer & refrigerate until set (1 hour).
Prepare Mango Cream:
-In a blender jug,add mangoes,lemon juice & condensed milk.
-In hot water,add gelatin powder & mix well.
-In blending jug,add dissolved gelatin,yellow food color,blend well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Take out ½ Cup of whipped cream in a bowl & reserve for garnishing.
-In the remaining whipped cream,add mango puree,lemon zest & mix well.
-Add & spread prepared mango cream on biscuit crust & refrigerate until set (4 hours).
-Decorate with reserved whipped cream,mango slices,fresh flowers,mint leaves,red raspberry & serve!

-Remaining whipped cream mein mango puree aur lemon zest dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Biscuit crust mein tayyar mango cream dal ker pheela lein aur set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (4 hours).
-Reserved whipped cream,mango slices,fresh flowers,podina & red raspberry sa decorate ker ka serve karein!
