Ingredients:
Prepare Burger Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Sriracha sauce 4 tbs
-Mustard sauce 2 tbs
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Water 3 tbs
Prepare Beef Patty:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Tortilla wraps as required
-Cheddar cheese slices 2
-Iceberg shredded
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced
Directions:
Prepare Burger Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,sriracha sauce,mustard paste,pickled jalapenos,garlic powder,pink salt, vinegar,water & mix well.Burger sauce is ready!
Prepare Beef Patty:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,garlic,mustard paste,pink salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano,egg & mix well.
-Take 120g of mixture & make a ball.
-Place meat ball on a baking paper,place another baking paper & press to flatten the patty (makes 5).
-On a cast iron griddle,add cooking oil & cook beef patty on low flame from both sides until done (7-8 minutes).
Assembling:
-On a tortilla wrap,place two cheddar cheese slices,beef patty on one cheese slice,iceberg,tomato, prepared burger sauce on beef patty & fold sides to make a wrap.
-Toast stuffed tortilla wrap on cast iron griddle from both sides until golden.
-Serve with burger sauce.
