Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken thin slices 300g
-Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup or as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2 or as required
-Cornflakes crushed 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Matar (Peas) boiled ¼ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) diced ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Sriracha sauce 2 tbs
-Honey 1 & ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Chawal (Rice) boiled
-Kheera (Cucumber)
-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves
Directions:
-On chicken,sprinkle pink salt,black pepper powder on both sides & coat with all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs & coat with cornflakes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,peas,corn kernels,capsicum,onion,black pepper powder,pink salt,soy sauce & sauté on medium flame for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add tomato paste & mix well.
-Add sriracha sauce,honey,soy sauce,tomato ketchup,sesame oil & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Turn off the flame,add fried chicken pieces & coat well.
-Serve with boiled rice,sautéed vegetables,cucumber,garnish with sesame seeds,spring onion leaves & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,matar,corn kernels,Shimla mirch,pyaz,kali mirch powder,pink salt aur soy sauce dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tomato paste dal ker mix ker lein.
-Sriracha sauce,honey,soy sauce,tomato ketchup aur til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur fried chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Boiled rice,sautéed vegetables aur kheera ka saath serve karein,til aur hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
