Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) 800g
-Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) 1 stem
-Thai red chillies 2
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
Directions:
-Peel potatoes & cut in wedges,sprinkle pink salt & mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil,fry potatoes until golden & set aside.
-Chop spring onion,thai red chillies,green chilli,fresh coriander & garlic.
-In a bowl,add all chopped vegetables,pink salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,soy sauce,lemon juice & mix well.
-In small frying pan,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add hot cooking oil in the bowl & mix well.
-In a bowl,add fried potatoes & coat well.
-Serve with sauce or dip!

-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur aloo ko golden ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Hara pyaz,thai red chillies,hari mirch,hara dhania aur lehsan ko chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein tamam chopped vegetables,pink salt,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch crushed,soy sauce aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Small frying pan mein cooking oil dal ker garam ker lein.
-Hot cooking oil ko bowl mein dal ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fried aloo dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Sauce or dip ka saath serve karein!
