Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 650g
-Lehsan (Garlic) 6 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed 1 medium
-Breadcrumbs ½ Cup
-Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Cream cheese as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken,garlic,ginger,green chillies,onion,breadcrumbs,paprika powder,cumin powder, pink salt,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,lemon juice,clarified butter,mint leaves,fresh coriander & chop until well combined.
-Grease hand with oil,take small quantity of mixture (75g) & make a ball.
-On baking paper,place meat ball & press,place another butter paper & press with patty presser into flat thin patty (6-inches).
-On patty,add & spread cheese spread,add mozzarella cheese & flip another patty,press & seal the edges (makes 5).
-On a cast iron grill frying pan,add cooking oil & grill stuffed kebab on low flame from both sides until done (4-5 minutes).
-Serve with toasted pita bread,yogurt raita & salad!

-Ek patty per cream cheese dal ker pheela lein,mozzarella cheese dal dein aur ek aur patty ko flip ker ka press karein aur edges ko seal ker lein (makes 5).
-Cast iron grill frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur & stuffed kebab ko halki ancch per dono sides a grill ker lein (4-5 minutes).
-Toasted pita bread,yogurt raita & salad ka saath serve karein!
