Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 3 & ½ Cups
-Elaichi ka danay (Cardamom seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Kewra essence ¼ tsp
-Khoya ¾ Cup (150g)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
-In milk,add cornflour,mix well & set aside.
-In a wok,add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown and gently stir pan few times in between to mix.
-Add milk,mix well & cook until caramel is dissolved (4-5 minutes).
-Add cardamom seeds,kewra essence,dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame,add khoya & mix until well combined (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool at room temperature.
-Pour kulfi mixture in kulfi molds,cover & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in freezer (makes 9-10).
-Cut in slices,garnish with pistachios & serve!

-Doodh mein cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cheeni dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per cheeni caramelized & brown ho janay tak paka lein & bech bech mein few times pan ko stir ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur caramel dissolve ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Elaichi ka danay,kewra essence aur dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur khoya dal ker ache tarha mix ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-Kulfi mixture ko kulfi molds mein dal ker cover laga lein aur 8 hours or overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein (makes 9-10).
-Slices mein cut ker lein aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
