Ingredients:
Prepare King Fusion Burger Sauce:
-Sriracha sauce 2 tbs
-Honey 2 tbs
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tbs
-BBQ sauce 1 tbs
-Pickled jalapeno chopped 3 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
Prepare Beef Patty:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g (with 10% fat)
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Onion powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese slice
Assembling:
-Burger bun
-Salad patta (Salad leaves)
-Tamatar (Tomato) slice
-Spicy chips as required
Directions:
Prepare King Fusion Burger Sauce:
-In a bowl,add sriracha sauce,honey,mayonnaise,mustard paste,bbq sauce,pickled jalapeno,pink salt, vinegar,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Beef Patty:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,pink salt,garlic powder,black pepper powder,onion powder,dried oregano,egg yolk & mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (80g) & make a ball.
-Heat cast iron griddle,add cooking oil,place 2 meatballs,butter paper & flatten it with the help of patty press.
-Cook on low flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes),flip the patties,place cheddar cheese slice,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (2-3 minutes).
Assembling:
-On a burger bun,add & spread prepared fusion burger sauce,add salad leaves,burger patty with cheese, tomato slice,burger patty with cheese,fusion burger sauce,spicy chips (coarsely crush with hands) & serve with french fries (makes 3 burgers).
