Ingredients:
Prepare Beef Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped 200g
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ¼ Cup
Prepare Herbed Butter:
-Makhan (Butter) 50-60g
-Fresh basil leaves chopped 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Assembling:
-Sourdough bread slices
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese slices 2
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated as required
Directions:
Prepare Beef Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color,cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Add dried oregano,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,lemon juice,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomato paste & mix well.
-Add onion,fresh basil leaves,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Herbed Butter:
-In a bowl,add butter,fresh basil leaves,garlic,dried oregano,pink salt & mix well.
Assembling:
-Take two sourdough bread slices & apply prepared herbed butter on both sides of them.
-On one bread slice,place cheddar cheese slices,mozzarella cheese,prepared beef filling,mozzarella cheese & flip another bread slice on it.
-On a frying pan,place sandwich,cover & grill on low flame from both sides until golden & crispy (makes 3-4 sandwiches).

-Dried oregano,paprika powder,pink salt,kali mirch powder,zeera aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz aur fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Herbed Butter:
-Bowl mein makhan,fresh basil leaves,lehsan,dried oregano aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
-Do sourdough bread slices ki dono sides per tayyar herbed butter laga lein.
-Ek bread slice per cheddar cheese slices,mozzarella cheese,tayyar beef filling aur mozzarella cheese dal ker dosra bread slice rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein sandwich rakh ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak grill ker lein (makes 3-4 sandwiches).
