Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 350g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Water ¼ Cup
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
Prepare Naan:
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp
-Sugar 1 tbs
-Warm water 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Salty water (dissolve 1 tbs salt in 3-4 tbs water)
Assembling:
-Pizza sauce as required
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Pickled jalapenos slices
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
Directions:
Prepare Chicken:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add paprika powder,pink salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add milk,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Add black pepper powder,chicken powder,pink salt,dried oregano,mix well & cook until desired consistency.
-Let it cool & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Naan:
-In a bowl,add instant yeast,sugar,warm water & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,pink salt,baking soda,cooking oil,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Grease hands with cooking oil & knead dough until smooth.
-Take a small dough (80g),make a ball & spread it with hands & make gashes in it with the help of fingers.
-Apply salty water on naan with the help of brush.
-Heat griddle on medium flame,place naan (wet side down) & cook on low flame for 30 seconds then flip the griddle & cook other side directly on the flame until it turns brown or charred.
Assembling:
-Turn off the flame,on cooked naan,add & spread pizza sauce,add cooked chicken,prepared alfredo sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,pickled jalapenos,sprinkle red chilli crushed & dried oregano,cover,turn on the flame & cook on low flame until cheese melts (3-4 minutes).
-Drizzle prepared alfredo sauce & serve (makes 8-9).

-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per such Janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho Janay tak paka lein.
-Kali mirch powder,chicken powder,pink salt aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix arein aur desired consistency ajanay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur squeeze bottle mein transfer ker lein.
Prepare Naan:
-Bowl mein khameer,cheeni aur warm water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida,pink salt,baking soda aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kiya chor dein.
-Haathon ko cooking oil sa garam karein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Chota dough (80g) lein aur ball bana lein,haath ki madad sa pheela lein aur fingers ki madad sa gashes bana lein.
-Brush ki madad naan per salty water laga lein.
-Darmiyani ancch per tawa garam karein,naan (wet side down) rakh dein aur halki ancch per 30 seconds kliya paka lein phir tawa ko flip karein aur dosri side ko directly chulay per brown or charred hunay tak paka lein.
Assembling:
-Chulha bund ker dein,cooked naan per pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cooked chicken,tayyar alfredo sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,pickled jalapenos,lal mirch crushed & dried oregano dal ker dhak dein,chulha on karein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Tayyar alfredo sauce drizzke ker ka serve karein (makes 8-9).
