Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Custard powder vanilla flavor 4-5 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Cream 200ml
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Cup
-Leftover samosa patti as required
-Sugar powdered 4 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 3-4 tbs
Assembling:
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In a small bowl,add custard powder,all-purpose flour,milk & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool for 5-10 minutes while stirring.
-Add cream & whisk well,cover & let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag.
-Cut leftover samosa patti into small cubes (approx. 2 Cups).
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add leftover samosa patti,mix well & fry on low flame until light golden (8-10 minutes).
-Add sugar,almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-In a serving dish,add prepared custard,fried samosa patti mixture,prepared custard,fried samosa patti mixture,prepared custard & garnish with fried samosa patti mixture & pistachios.
-Refrigerate until chilled & serve!

-Karahi mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Chotay bowl mein custard powder,maida aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolved custard dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-5-10 minutes kliya stir kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Leftover samosa patti ko small cubes mein cut ker lein (approx. 2 Cups).
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Leftover samosa patti ko ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (8-10 minutes).
-Cheeni,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein tayyar custard,fried samosa patti mixture,tayyar custard,fried samosa patti mixture aur tayyar custard dal dein aur fried samosa patti mixture aur pista sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein & serve karein!
