Ingredients:
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) halved 3 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) halved 3 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 3 tbs
-Sawaiyan (Cut vermicelli) 400g
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) sliced 3 tbs
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 6-7
-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
-Water 4 Cups
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Khoya 200g
-Cream 4 tbs
-Chandi warq (Silver edible leaf)
Directions:
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add almonds,pistachios & fry on low flame for a minute.
-Add raisins & mix well for 10 seconds & take out half quantity of fried nuts & reserve it for garnishing.
-In remaining nuts,add cut vermicelli,dried coconut,green cardamom,mix well & fry on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
-Add sugar,water,orange food color,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until it dries up & vermicelli is done (approx. 20 minutes),check & stir in between.
-In a saucepan,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add khoya,cream,mix well & cook on low flame until khoya melts (2-3 minutes).
-In a serving dish,add prepared vermicelli,prepared melted khoya & garnish with reserved fried nuts & silver edible leaf & serve!

-Badam aur pista dal ker halki ancch per ek minute kliya fry ker lein.
-Kishmish dal ker 10 seconds kliya ache tarhan mix karein aur half quantity ko garnishing kliya reserve ker lein.
-Remaining nuts mein sawaiyan,sukha nariyal aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 6-7 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Cheeni,pani aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per pani sukh janay aur sawaiyan pak janay tak paka lein (approx. 20 minutes),bech bech mein check ker lein.
-Saucepan mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Khoya aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per khoya melt ho janay tak pala lein (2-3 minutes).
-Serving dish mein tayyar vermicelli aur melted khoya dal dein,reserved fried nuts aur chandi warq sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
