Ingredients:
-Pheni 100g or as required
-Sugar syrup 2-3 tbs or as required
-Ice cubes as required
-Cream 200ml (1 Cup)
-Sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Rose syrup 4 tbs
Assembling:
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced as required
-Badam (Almonds) sliced as required
-Rose syrup
-Pista (Pistachios) as required
-Dried rose buds
Directions:
-In a bowl,add pheni & crush it with the help of the hands.
-Add sugar syrup,mix well & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl in it.
-Add cream & whisk well until cream is fluffy.
-Add sugar & whisk well until soft peaks form (5-6 minutes).
-Add rose syrup,whisk well until well combined then transfer to piping bag.
Assembling:
-In a serving cup,add prepared rose cream,pistachios,almonds,syrup coated pheni & spread evenly then add prepared rose cream & garnish with rose syrup,pistachios & dried rose buds (makes 8-9).
-Serve chilled!

-Sugar syrup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal ker ek aur bowl rakh dein.
-Cream dal dein aur cream fluffy ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cheeni dal dein aur soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein (5-6 minutes).
-Rose syrup dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving cup mein tayyar rose cream,pista,badam aur syrup coated pheni dal ker evenly pheela lein phir tayyar rose cream dal dein,rose syrup,pista aur dried rose buds sa garnish ker lein (makes 8-9).
-Thanda serve karein!
