Recipe in English:

 

Ingredients:

Prepare Pesto Sauce:

-Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup (25g)

-Badam (Almonds) peeled & blanched 10-12

-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Lemon juice 3 tbs

-Extra virgin olive oil 1/3 Cup

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp

-Chicken qeema (Mince) 500g

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Palak (Spinach leaves) 1 Cup

Prepare White/Bechamel Sauce:

-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1/3 Cup

-Olper’s Milk 4 Cups

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp

-Chicken powder 1 tbs Substitute: Chicken cube one

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 2-3 tbs (50g)

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 2-3 tbs (50g)

Assembling:

-Lasagna sheets (boiled as per pack’s instruction)

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese

-Dried oregano

-Fresh basil leaves chopped

 

Directions:

Prepare Pesto Sauce:

-In a grinder,add fresh basil leaves,almonds,garlic,black pepper crushed,pink salt,lemon juice & olive oil,blend well & set aside.

Prepare Chicken Filling

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté until golden.

-Add chicken mince,spread evenly & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

-Flip the chicken & cook on medium flame until it dries up (3-4 minutes).

-Chop the chicken with the help of spatula & mix well.

-Add paprika powder,cumin seeds,pink salt,dried oregano,black pepper powder,onion,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.

-In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,spinach leaves & sauté for 1-2 minutes & set aside.

Prepare White/Bechamel Sauce:

-In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.

-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.

-Add milk & whisk well.

-Add white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,chicken powder,pink salt,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).

-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,prepared pesto sauce (1-2 tbs),mix well & cook until cheese melts & set aside.

Assembling:

-In a serving dish,add & spread prepared white sauce,lasagna sheets,prepared white sauce,prepared pesto sauce,cooked chicken filling,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,sauteed spinach,prepared white sauce,lasagna sheets,prepared white sauce,prepared pesto sauce,cooked chicken filling, cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,sauteed spinach,prepared white sauce,lasagna sheets,prepared white sauce,prepared pesto sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & sprinkle dried oregano.

-Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

-Sprinkle fresh basil leaves & serve!
