Apple Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

-Banana 2

-Saib (Apple) peeled 1 medium

-Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 3-4 Substitute: Figs

-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 3-4 tbs

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Ice cubes as required

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder)

 

Directions:

-In a blender jug,add banana,apple,dates,yogurt,cinnamon powder,milk,ice cubes & blend well.

-Sprinkle cinnamon powder & serve!

Coffee Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

-Banana 3

-Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 3-4

-Peanut butter 2 tbs

-Instant coffee ½ tbs or to taste

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Ice cubes as required

-Banana slices

-Instant coffee

-In a blender jug,add banana,dates,peanut butter,instant coffee,milk,ice cubes & blend well.

-Garnish with banana slices,instant coffee & serve!

Super Food Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

-Palak (Baby spinach) 1 Cup (18-20 leaves)

-Banana 1

-Strawberries 3-4

-Pineapple cubes 3-4 tbs

-Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 3-4

-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 3-4 tbs

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Ice cubes 4 cubes

 

Directions:

-In a blender jug,add baby spinach,banana,strawberry,pineapple,dates,yogurt,turmeric powder,milk, ice cubes & blend well.

-Serve chilled!
