Ingredients:
Prepare Herbed Butter Sauce:
-Nurpur butter salted 100g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
Prepare Egg & Chicken Filling:
-Anday (Eggs) 4
-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to ½ tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Nurpur butter salted 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 250g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp (optional)
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Nurpur butter salted 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Slider buns as required
-Mayonnaise as required
-Tomato ketchup as required
Directions:
Prepare Herbed Butter Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt on low flame.
-Add garlic & sauté garlic for a minute.
-Turn off the flame,add red chilli crushed,dried oregano,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Egg & Chicken Filling:
-In a bowl,add eggs,milk,black pepper crushed,pink salt & whisk well.
-On a griddle,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add whisked eggs,cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-On a griddle,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken mince,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum,pink salt,red chilli crushed,paprika powder,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add prepared eggs,butter,mix well & cook for a minute & set aside.
Assembling:
-Apply slider buns with prepared herbed butter sauce & toast on medium flame until light golden.
-On toasted slider buns,add & spread mayonnaise,prepared egg & chicken filling,tomato ketchup & cover with top bun (makes 15)!
