Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 large
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) white 1 large
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 350g (1 & ½ Cup)
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbs
-Extra virgin olive oil ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
Directions:
-Deseed tomato,capsicum & cut in julienne & set aside.
-Cut onion in slices & set aside.
-Slice green chillies,chop garlic & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add chickpeas,paprika powder,chaat masala,pink salt,cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add olive oil & mix well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Take out in a separate bowl & set aside.
-In the same frying pan,add olive oil,garlic,green chillies,onion,red chilli crushed & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add capsicum,tomatoes,mix well for a minute & take out in the bowl.
-Add fresh coriander,lemon juice,toss well & serve!

-Tamatar aur shimla mirch ko deseed ker lein aur julienne cut ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Pyaz ko slice mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Hari mirchon ko slice aur lehsan ko chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein safed chanay,paprika powder,chaat masala,pink salt aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Alag bowl mein nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he frying pan mein olive oil,lehsan,hari mirchein,pyaz aur lal mirch crushed dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya saute ker lein.
-Shimla mirch aur tamatar dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker toss ker lein & serve karein!
