Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 500ml
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
-Khoya 60g
-Cream 1 Cup
-Apple diced 2 medium
-Cheeku (Sapodilla) diced 1 Cup
-Grapes deseeded & halved 1 Cup
-Banana sliced 3-4
-Kishmish (Raisins) as required
-Injeer (Dried figs) chopped as required
-Badam (Almonds) chopped as required
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped as required
-Khajoor (Dates) deseeded & chopped 6-7
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In a small bowl,add cornflour,milk & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour in milk,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Transfer to a bowl,add khoya & mix well.
-Cover the surface with cling film & let it cool in refrigerator.
-Remove cling film,add cream & whisk until well combined.
-Add apples,sapodilla,grapes,banana,raisins,dried figs,almonds,cashew nuts,dates & fold gently.
-Refrigerate until serving.
-Garnish with almonds,dried figs,cashew nuts,dates & serve chilled!

-Chotay bowl mein cornflour aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour ko doodh mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Bowl mein nikal lein aur khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Surface ko cling film sa cover karein aur refrigerator mein thanda ker lein.
-Cling film remove ker lein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Apples,cheeku,grapes,banana,kishmish,injeer,badam,kaju aur khajoor dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-Serving kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Badam,injeer,kaju aur khajoor sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!
