Ingredients:
Prepare Homemade Limo Pani Mix:
-Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tbs
-Sugar 1 kg
-Lemon zest 1 tbs
-Water 2 Cups
-Lemon slices 2
-Fresh lemon juice 2 Cups
Prepare Limo Pani from Homemade Limo Pani Mix:
-Ice cubes as required
-Homemade Limo Pani Mix ¼ Cup
-Water 1 litre
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Prepare Soda Lime from Homemade Limo Pani Mix:
-Ice cubes as required
-Homemade Limo Pani Mix 2 tbs
-Soda water
Directions:
Prepare Homemade Limo Pani Mix:
-In a frying pan,add black peppercorns,cumin seeds & dry roast on low flame until fragrant (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-Microwave mint leaves for 1 minute or until dried completely then crush dried mint leaves with the help of hand.
-In a spice mixer,add dried mint leaves,roasted spices,pink salt,black salt & grind to make fine powder & set aside.
-In a wok,add sugar,lemon zest,water,lemon slices & cook on low flame until sugar melts completely.
-Add lemon juice & mix well.
-Add ground powder,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Can be stored in an air tight bottle for up to 2 months (Shelf life) (yield: 1200ml).
Prepare Limo Pani from Homemade Limo Pani Mix:
-In a jug,add ice cubes,prepared limo pani mix,water,mint leaves,mix well & serve!
Prepare Soda Lime from Homemade Limo Pani Mix:
-In a glass,add ice cubes prepared limo pani mix,soda water & mix well.
-Garnish with mint leaves & serve!

-Podina ko ek minute ya completely dry ho janay tak microwave ker lein phir haath ki madad sa crush ker lein.
-Spice mixer mein dried mint leaves,roasted spices,pink salt aur kala namak dal dein aur grind ker ka fine powder bana lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cheeni,lemon zest aur lemon slices dal dein aur halki ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ground powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Air tight bottle mein dal ker 2 months kliya store ker saktay han (Shelf life) (yield: 1200ml).
