Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) medium 2-3
-Anday (Eggs) 3-4
-Olper’s Milk 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) finely chopped 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Dried oregano to taste

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 3-4 tbs
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 4-5 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves finely chopped
Directions:
-Cut thick slices of tomatoes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,milk,black pepper crushed,pink salt & whisk well.
-Add spring onion,mix well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Place tomato slices & sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed,dried oregano & cook for a minute then flip all the tomato slices.
-Sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed,dried oregano & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn sides of all tomato slices,add whisked egg mixture,cover & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed,spring onion leaves,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (2-3 minutes).
-Cut slices & serve with bread.
