Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Corn kernels boiled & chopped ½ Cup
-Pickled jalapeno chopped 3 tbs
-Chicken boiled & chopped 350g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 2 tbs
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water 2 tbs
-Samosa sheet 26-28 or as required
-Cooking oil
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,corn kernels,pickled jalapenos,mix well & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,pink salt,paprika powder,fresh parsley,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add chicken mixture,mustard paste,cream,mix well & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.Flour slurry is ready.
-Wrap aluminum foil on 2 cm thick rolling pin.
-Fold samosa sheet on aluminum foil & seal the ends with flour slurry then carefully remove rolling pin from aluminum foil & brush cooking oil on samosa rolls.
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180 °C for 6-8 minutes or until golden & crispy.
-Take out from air fryer,carefully remove aluminum foil from samosa rolls.
-Pipe out prepared creamy chicken filling in samosa rolls & serve (makes 26-28).
