Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Boneless chicken cubes 400g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal micrh (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) boiled 5-6
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Olper’s Cream 2-3 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ¼ Cup
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup
-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white 2 tbs (optional)
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add chicken,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add red chilli powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,mix well & cook for a minute,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a chopper,add cooked chicken & chop well.
-In a bowl,add chopped chicken,eggs,mustard paste,cream,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,fresh parsley & mix until well combined.
-Take small quantity of mixture (40g) & make croquettes of equal sizes.
-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.
-In another dish add breadcrumbs,sesame seeds & mix well.
-Dip prepared croquettes in flour slurry then coat with breadcrumbs.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry croquettes on medium flame until golden & crispy (makes 20).
-Serve with marinara sauce!

-Chicken aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch powder,pink salt,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed & dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein chopped chicken,anday,mustard paste,cream,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mixture ki small quantity (40g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka croquettes tayyar ker lein.
-Dish mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Alag bowl mein breadcrumbs aur til dal ker mix ker lein.
-Tayyar croquettes ko flour slurry mein phir dip karein phir breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein.
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per croquettes ko golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 20).
-Marinara sauce ka saath serve karein!
