Ingredients:
Prepare Tanzhong Milk Bread:
-Water ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1/3 Cup (80ml)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 300g
-Milk powder ¼ Cup (25g)
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Makhan (Butter) 30g
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Prepare Garlic Cheese Filling:
-Cheese grated ¾ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Italian seasoning 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Peanut butter as required
-Chocolate spread as required
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) soft
Directions:
Prepare Tanzhong Milk Bread:
-In a frying pan,add water,milk,all-purpose flour & mix well,turn on the flame & cook on very low flame until it thickens & dough is formed (stir continuously).
-Transfer the mixture to a bowl,cover its surface with a cling film & let it cool completely.
-In a dough kneading machine,add milk,caster sugar,instant yeast,whisk well & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,milk powder,pink salt,egg,prepared flour paste & knead at normal speed for 5-6 minutes.
-Add butter & knead until smooth dough is formed (normal speed for 8-10 minutes).
-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
Prepare Garlic Cheese Filling:
-In a bowl,add cheese,spring onion,garlic,Italian seasoning,pink salt,black pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
-Transfer the dough to a clean working surface & knead dough for 2-3 minutes.
-Take a small dough (100g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into oval shape.
-Mark the dough from the center & cut into thin strips with the help of the cutter (one half of the dough).
-Spread prepared garlic cheese filling or peanut butter or chocolate spread on the remaining half of the dough then roll out the dough & seal the sides carefully.
-Place the bun on the greased bun tray,cover with cling film & let them proof for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add egg yolk,milk,whisk well & apply on the buns with brush.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 30 minutes (on both grills).
-After baking,brush butter on top & cover with kitchen cloth for 10 minutes & serve (makes 6).

-Frying pan mein pani,doodh aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chulha on kernay ka bad bohat halki ancch per garha aur dough bun janay tak paka lein (stir continuously).
-Mixture ko bowl mein nikal lein.surface ko cling film sa cover karein aur thanda ker lein.
-Dough kneading machine mein doodh,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida,milk powder,pink salt,anda aur tayyar flour paste dal dein aur normal speed per 5-6 minutes kliya knead ker lein.
-Makhan dal dein aur smooth dough bun janay tak ache tarhan ghond lein (normal speed for 8-10 minutes).
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
Prepare Garlic Cheese Filling:
-Bowl mein cheese,hara pyaz,lehsan,Italian seasoning,pink salt & kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein
-Clean working surface per dough ko 2-3 minutes kliya ghond lein.
-Chota dough (100g) la ker ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur oval shape mein bail lein.
-Dough ko center mein sa mark karein aur cutter ki madad sa thin strips mein cut ker lein (one half of the dough).
-Tayyar garlic cheese filling or peanut butter or chocolate spread ko remaining half dough per dal ker pheela lein phir roll out ker ka sides ko carefully seal ker lein.
-Bun ko greased bun tray per rakh dein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 30 minutes kliya proof ker lein.
-Bowl mein anday ki zardi aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur brush sa buns pe laga lein.
-Preheated oven mein 160C per 30 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Baking ka bad butter laga lein aur kitchen towel sa cover ker ka 10 minutes kliya chor dein & serve karein (makes 6).
