Ingredients:
-Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted 600g
-Cooking oil 2 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Brown sugar powdered 3 tbs
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened 100g
Directions:
-In a wok,add peanuts & dry roast on low flame for 5-6 minutes to remove moisture if any.
-Spread them on a kitchen towel,rub gently to remove their peels & clean thoroughly.
-In a blender jug,add peeled peanuts & grind well (scrape jar & mix few times in between).
-Add cooking oil,pink salt,brown sugar,dark chocolate & grind well until desired consistency (yield: 700g approx.).
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 3 months in refrigerator.

-Karahi mein mong phali dal dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya moisture remove kernay kliya dry roast ker lein.
-Kitchen towel per pheela lein aur gently rub ker ka peels ko remove ker ka clean ker lein.
-Blender jug mein peeled mong phali dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein (scrape jar & mix few times in between).
-Cooking oil,pink salt,brown sugar aur dark chocolate dal dein aur aur desired consistency ajanay tak grind ker lein (yield: 700g approx.).
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 3 months kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
