Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  • Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted 600g
  • Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
  • Brown sugar powdered 6 tbs
  • Cooking oil 4 tbs

Directions:

In a wok,add peanuts & dry roast on low flame for 5-6 minutes to remove moisture if any.

Spread them on a kitchen towel,rub gently to remove their peels & clean thoroughly.

In a blender jug,add peeled peanuts & grind well (scrape jar & mix few times in between).

Add pink salt,brown sugar,cooking oil & grind well until desired consistency (yield: 650g approx.).

Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 3 months in refrigerator.
