Ingredients:
Prepare Instant Soup Base:
-Cornflour 1 & ½ Cup
-Chicken powder 1/3 Cup
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 3 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 2 tbs
-Dried parsley 2 tbs
Prepare Hot & Sour Soup:
-Water 4 Cups
-Instant soup base 4 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Chicken boiled & julienne 1 Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) white part sliced 1-2 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Chilli garlic sauce 3-4 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
Prepare Instant Soup Base:
-In a bowl,add cornflour,chicken powder,garlic powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,onion powder,dried parsley & mix well.Instant soup base is ready! (yields: 350g, 35 tbs)
-Can be stored in an airtight jar or a zip lock bag for up to 2 months (Shelf life).
Methos to prepare any soup with Instant soup base mix in 5 minutes:
-Dissolve 1 tbs of Instant Soup Base in 1 Cup of water.
Prepare Hot & Sour Soup from Instant Soup Base:
-In a jug,add water,instant soup base,whisk well & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add carrot,cabbage,capsicum,chicken,spring onion & sauté for 2 minutes.
-Add dissolved soup base mixture,soy sauce,vinegar,chilli garlic sauce,mix well & cook on medium low flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes) & mix continuously.
-Add whisked egg & stir gently.
-Add spring onion & serve!

-Dissolved soup base mixture,soy sauce,sirka aur chilli garlic sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) & musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Pheeta huwa anda dal ker gently stir ker lein.
-Hara pyaz dal ker serve karein!
