Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 6
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Atta (Wheat flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Orange food color 2-3 drops
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1/3 Cup
-Kewra essence ¼ tsp
-Milk powder ½ Cup
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaves)
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
-In a jug,add eggs,milk,wheat flour,sugar,cardamom powder & whisk well.
-Add orange food color & whisk well.
-In a wok,pour egg mixture,turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on low flame until mixture becomes thick & crumbly (8-10 minutes).
-Add clarified butter,kewra essence,milk powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Add clarified butter,mix well & cook on medium low flame it leaves the sides of the wok (3-4 minutes).
-Add almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook on medium flame until ghee separates (4-5 minutes).
-Garnish with silver edible leaves,almonds,pistachios & serve!

-Jug mein anday,doodh,atta,cheeni aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Orange food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Karahi mein mixture ko dal ker chulha on karein,musalsal mix kertay rahein aur halki ancch per mixture thick aur crumbly ho ajnay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Ghee,kewra essence aur milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Chandi warq,badam aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
